The Altar Guild of Immaculate Conception Church is a time honored tradition in our parish. We meet after the Saturday 8:30AM Mass to clean the church.

The Altar Guild makes sure the altars are cleaned and dusted, replace flowers, dust pews, window sills and stations, clean the sacristy and vestibule, replace votive candles and refill holy water fonts. The Altar Guild’s aim is to give the church a fresh look for the weekend masses.

The members of the Altar Guild have found this to be a wonderful ministry of service and an opportunity to meet fellow parishioners who attend different masses. The Altar Guild is always looking for new members. If you are interested contact Connie Healy at (865) 406-3311.

We are looking for volunteers to join the IC Altar Guild, assisting in the ministries of the cleaning, art, and environment of our Sanctuary, and Masses including:
 
· sacristy help before and after Sunday and daily Masses
· floral arrangements for Altar
· seasonal and feast day decorating
· cleaning/straightening up
· candle care and more
 
We could especially use volunteers to help on the 1st, 4th, and 5th Saturday mornings of each month.
